Right at Home Twin Cities and South Suburbs owner Paul Blom will share his in-depth knowledge and expertise to participants so they may: • Understand opportunities for the private duty model to better reach and serve LGBTQ+ elders, family members and potential employees/co-workers. • Distinguish between sexual orientation and gender identity. • Understand the spectrums of sexual orientation, sex assigned at birth, gender identity, and gender expression. • Distinguish between terminology related to the various LGBTQ+ generations.
