Nearly 30 years ago, David VanderMolen – now a leading creator of innovative corporate training and an effective change agent in leadership – had worked in church leadership in the Midwest, equipping leaders to care for their congregations. A student of Spiritual Formation, he effectively helped parishioners develop character, lead volunteer teams, and foster healthy interpersonal relationships with family and friends. Then, as he does now, David lives out his mission to be a catalyst to inspire change in others and organizations.
